The FIT Cruise Program

Just like our signature FIT Land Tours we combine the luxury, ease and excitement of cruising with our all-inclusive structured health and tour program combining daily fitness, healthy eating, motivational health education, land touring and healthy eating.  Cruising no longer has to be associated with gluttonous and unhealthy habits but with a FIT Cruise we offer a vacation that combines all the best parts of what has made cruising one of the most exciting ways to see the world and of course motivate you on the path to healthy living!

All cruises are custom developed for groups of 10 or more participants to any of the 30+ worldwide travel destinations Celebrity Cruise Lines sails that last in length from 1 to 4 weeks.  Once your group has booked you have the option of increasing your participant numbers (for additional per person cost discounts) by having us open your tour to the general public by advertising your tour date as a regularly scheduled FIT Cruise date of departure.  Remember the more people you have on your tour the cheaper the per person cost!

Sample Itinerary - Alaska (1 week)

Day 1 Sa - Seattle: Group will have a 4 hour pre-boarding guided walking tour of Seattle upon arrival, board ship, orientation dinner, early evening 1 hr Yoga session.

Day 2 Su - Day at sea: Morning yoga, breakfast, 1 hr deck walk,  1 hr fitness program,  lunch, free time, mid-afternoon 1 hr fitness programs, 1 hr late afternoon deck walk, dinner, after dinner deck walk, evening Qi Qong on deck.

Day 3 Mo - Juneau:  Morning yoga,  breakfast, 20 minute deck walk, 1 hr fitness program, lunch,  4 hr walking guided wilderness hike Juneau, return to ship late afternoon, dinner, evening deck walk.

Day 4 Tu - Glacier Bay (Day on Board): Morning yoga, breakfast, 1 hr deck walk,  1 hr fitness program,  lunch, free time, mid-afternoon 1 hr fitness programs, 1 hr late afternoon deck walk, dinner, after dinner deck walk, massage scheduled.

Day 5 We - Sitka: Morning yoga, breakfast, 4 hr walking guided wilderness hike Sitka, return to ship for lunch, free time, 1 hr late afternoon training session, dinner, 20 minute deck walk, evening health seminar.

Day 6 Th - Ketchikan: Morning yoga, breakfast, 4 hr walking guided wilderness hike Ketchikan, return to ship  for lunch, free time, 1 hr afternoon training session at gym, dinner, 20 minute deck walk, massage scheduled.

Day 7 Fr - Victoria:  Morning yoga,  breakfast, 20 minute deck walk,  1 hr training session at gym, late morning free time,  lunch,  free time, afternoon Qi Qong session, early dinner, 4 hr walking guided tour Victoria, return to ship late evening, farewell program

Day 8 Sa - Seattle: Morning deck walk, breakfast, 20 minute deck walk, depart

Sample Itinerary – Mediterranean (1 week)

Day 1 (Sa) – Barcelona: Ship check-in, guided Barcelona city walking tour, dinner introduction & orientation, evening deck walk.

Day 2 (Su) – Nice:  Morning yoga, breakfast, 4 hr guided walking tour of Nice & the surrounding areas, lunch,   free time, 1 hr training session at gym, dinner, 20 minute evening deck walk,  evening health seminar.

Day 3 (Mo) – Florence:  Morning yoga, breakfast, 4hr guided walking tour of Florence, lunch, 1 hr training session at gym, dinner, 20 minute deck walk, scheduled massage.

Day 4 (Tu) – Rome: Morning yoga, breakfast, full day guided walking tour of Rome, lunch off ship, return for dinner, 20 minute deck walk, evening activity.

Day 5 (We) – Naples & Pompeii: Morning yoga, guided walking tour Naples & Pompeii (Mt. Vesuvius hike), lunch off ship, 1 hr training session at gym, dinner, 20 minute deck walk, evening free.

Day 6 (Th) – Palermo: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided walking tour of Palermo & surrounding area, lunch, free time, 1 hr training session at gym, dinner, 20 minute deck walk, scheduled massage.

Day 7 (Fr) (ship is at sea): Yoga, 1 hr deck walk, 1 hr training session at gym, lunch, 1 hr deck walk, 1 hr training session at gym, farewell dinner, 20 minute deck walk, evening farewell program.

Day 8 (Sa) – Barcelona:  Morning yoga, breakfast, farewell
